Terms of Service

GENERAL
* By agreeing to the commission, you agree to these terms and conditions.
* All rights to the arts belong to me, unless otherwise specified separately.
* Communication takes place only in text format, without video or audiocalls.
* I have the right to refuse your commission without giving any reason.
* I draw in my own style, I don't copy other people's styles.
* You must have a reference in the picture (good quality, not "a photo of a pencil drawing on a crumpled piece of paper")
* As a result of the commission, I provide final/result files without source files.PAYMENTS
* I work only on full prepayment, and I start working only after receiving payment.REVISIONS
* Revisions are allowed at the sketch stage if they do not lead to significant changes in the drawing.
Such changes include: changing the plot of the drawing, changing the character, changing the pose, changing clothes, etc.
* Revisions after the sketch are subject to an additional fee.
* If the revisions are the fault of the artist - free.DEADLINES
* My usual deadline is 4-8 weeks (unless otherwise agreed), depending on my physical condition and workload.
* Various force majeure circumstances may move the deadline for work.USE
* You have the right to use the commission for your personal purposes, as a profile picture, printing in a single copy, distribution for non-commercial purposes with an indication of authorship.
* Printing more than one copy, making a profit from the sale, using it for commercial purposes - +50% of the commission priceINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
* You are granted a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to the drawing, unless otherwise specified separately.
* As an author, I reserve the use of my works for publication on social networks, unless otherwise specified separately.
* The rights to your characters belong exclusively to you.REFUNDS
* A full refund is allowed only before the start of work on the commission.
* Partial refound is allowed only until the sketch is confirmed.
* After these stages, there is no refund.COMMUNICATION

Due to the possible difference in time zones, the response time can reach 24 hours, so do not worry!
